The Day In Pictures ...

I was on a roll today, I had the sublayer of concrete done by noon, and finished the walkway by 3pm, including cleanup. Granted, I didn't build the walkway for eternity, or even the next 20 years. If it lasts three to four years, that'll be just right, because it is already slated to be replaced by something more pleasing (next time we win the lottery).


E! was rolling as well, caulking and painting the dish station door and trim ...


... and hanging light fixtures in the beer hall.


Meanwhile I was out back hanging light fixtures for where we had originally thought a deck might go (which it won't now). Well, now they will illuminate the building, being a beacon for people coming in on Hurds Road.
